Broadway/MacArthur/San Pablo

Created in 2000, the Broadway/MacArthur/San Pablo Redevelopment Areas consist of two separate areas. The first encompasses the San Pablo Ave corridor near Emeryville and up to the border with Berkeley. The second area encompasses much of Telegraph Ave and Broadway, as well as the MacArthur BART station area. The major focus of the agency so far has been establishing the MacArthur Transit Village, which is currently in the process of seeking a developer. There are several other projects that are in process, but none have been completed.
